Organisations were forced to adjust to working from home as the norm almost overnight when governments enforced national lockdowns in early 2020. Many companies are still navigating the new remote working reality a year on.
Hofy conducted a survey in December 2020 to see how remote workers were faring 9 months in. We learnt that employees are happy working from home, and feel just as, if not more, productive than working in an office. But they are still not completely satisfied with their home set-ups and their organisation’s remote work policy. Many employers are still falling short when it comes to provisioning equipment and providing clear information about future working arrangements.
